Answer:- Since:- When exact time given- (Morning, Evening, 1970, Monday Jan)
Eg- He is working in Canada since 2011.
For:- When exact time not given- (For 2 hours, For 2 days, For 2 years, etc)
Eg- He is working in Canada for last 7 years.
